Refund Policy

Please allow up to 10 working days for your reeds to be manufactured, time for the cane to settle, and for reeds to be fully tested and adjusted.  We are aware that many of our products are sent out in a much faster time frame than this, but are keen to manage expectations and provide you with the best reeds/products possible.

Refunds/rescheduling of tuition/workshops is not possible where the client has cancelled/not attended.
